Connex allows car owners to stay in touch with their vehicle and at the same time, help reduce the costs and heartache which result from theft, break-ins, car-jacking and abduction. How does the vehicle tracking & recovery work?
In the event of a theft, this system will be able to trace your vehicle's exact location. All you have to do is to inform Secure Operating Centre (SOC) or confirm the theft of your vehicle when SOC calls you for theft verification.
Connex is total solutions product as it has the following:
(a) Alarm alert - If the alarm has been triggered, you will immediately receive an alert.
(b) Battery alert - If your battery has been removed or the power for the SVR system has been tempered with, you will immediately received an alert. In addition, if your battery is low on power, an alert will be sent to you.
(c) Movement sensor - If you car is moved while the ignition is still off, an alert will be sent to you.
(d) SVR system device alert - If the GPS antena of the SVR system devise is tampered with, alert notification will be sent.
(e) Engine immobilization - Should your car is stolen, this features will immobilize your engine
(f) System health check - Regular system health check is performed between the Connex Telematics server and the SVR system device.
